Founder-President
A revolutionary encounter with Christ led Peter to the founding of
Eagles Communications in 1968. He has led the organization with a deep
devotion towards excellence. A much-sought after evangelist, he has
spoken to different audiences in various cities of the world. Motivated
by a great compassion for people, Peter also extends himself through
mentoring and nurturing the lives of many individuals.

Executive Vice-President
John's perspectives of organization strategies make him a crucial asset
in the development of team ministry at Eagles. His concern for
evangelism initiated the well-received Lifestyle Evangelism Seminar. He
also spearheaded the mediation and counseling ministry that is helping
society through the Eagles Mediation and Counselling Centre. John also
impacts the business community as trainer and consultant to various
business, civic and tertiary institutions. He also has an effective
preaching ministry.

Senior Vice-President
Michael became a Christian in his teens through the Eagles in 1969. He
joined the staff full-time in 1979. Michael is responsible for
corporate communications and oversees the editorial team for
VantagePoint. He also co-ordinates human resource needs for the
organization. As a speaker and trainer, Michael conducts seminars on
evangelism and leadership issues and also does evangelistic preaching.

Vice-President, Prayer and Care
William Tang is a founding member and has served in various capacities. Joining the ministry full-time in 1978, William has been responsible for all logistics and technical requirements of our public events and property maintenance. Presently, he is leading our prayer ministry as well as pastoral care and concern for staff and volunteers.

Vice-President, Donors Relations/Church Relations
Another founding-member, Peter was in the banking and business world
before he joined the organization in 1994. He plays a vital role as our
representative to church pastors and leaders in promoting ministry
programs and events. Peter also oversees donors relations and maintains
contact with regular supporters.

Vice-President, Evangelism & Discipleship Ministry
Mimi administers the various programs of the Evangelism and
Discipleship ministry such as the Eagles Rendezvous Bible Studies,
Oasis Retreats, and Tuesday TimeOut Talks. She also teaches Sunday
school at her home church.

Vice-President, Information Technology
Having served previously in the counseling ministry of Eagles from 1988
to 1990, Billy joined the Eagles again in 2001 as the Information
Technology Specialist. He is also on the teaching team for evangelism
seminars.

Administrator
Lay Lim served as a secretary with Eagles after university. However,
family circumstances changed that for the next six years. Eventually,
God opened the way for her to serve full-time. In 1997, Lay Lim
rejoined the Eagles staff as Administrator as well as Personal
Assistant to Peter Chao. She brings in much-appreciated management
skills to run our multi-faceted organization.

Vice-President, Finance
Alison is the wife of John Ng. Having been in banking for more than 20
years, Alison brings to the organization her business acumen as well
financial skills in handling the finance and fund-raising efforts for
the organization. Alison serves as an honorary staff.

IT/Web Development
Adele has been in full-time ministry with Eagles since January 2000.
She manages the various websites of the organization and provides
administrative assistance to Corporate Communications. Adele and her
husband, Michael worship at St Andrew's Cathedral.

Logistics & Technical Assistant
Patrick oversees the maintenance of the Eagles Center as well as
assists in Information Technology. He also provides logistic support to
Peter Chao during conferences and other events.

Executive, Finance
Catherine has served over 34 years in human resource. She joined Eagles
as Executive Finance, providing support to the Finance Department as
well as maintaining the organizationís datebase of contacts
and supporters.

Executive, Leadership
Dallene serves with Eagles Leadership Institute (ELI) administrating the
various leadership programs. She organizes the leadership retreats,
clinics and seminars as well as markets and promotes these programs
to church pastors and leaders.

Executive Editor
Sheryl Han joined Eagles in January 2006 as Executive Editor. She overlooks the planning to production of Eagles VantagePoint magazine and writes for Corporate Communications. Sheryl serves in the Children, Befriender, Logistics and Music Ministries at Rivers of Life Church. She loves beaches, photography and ice cream.

Graphic Designer
Prudence worked for six years in an e-Learning company before joining
Eagles in January 2007. Prudence is responsible for the new design of Eagles VantagePoint.
She also designs corporate collaterals and maintains the websites.
Prudence serves in the worship team at Evangelize China Fellowship.

Secretary / Corporate Communications Executive
Jezreel is the personal assistant to Michael Tan and handles the administration for Eagles VantagePoint magazine. She joined Eagles in September 2007 in fulfillment of her desire to work with and in a Christian organization. She enjoys reading and scrapbooking in her free time.

Senior Executive, International Ministry
Joseph was one of the earliest converts through Eagles. He was a young
teacher at that time. After teaching for six years, Joseph worked in a
MNC for 26 years as a senior process technician and acting manager. He joined Eagles in February 2007 to pursue his passion and vision and
is presently assigned to teach English in a local school in Chiang Rai,
Thailand.

IT Executive
Leonard joined Eagles as an IT Executive in August 2007 and was formerly working in a radio station. At Eagles, Leonard is responsible for the proper functioning of our IT systems. He is happily married to Christina.

Executive Director, EMCC
Wilson Mack is a trained psychotherapist, an accredited parent-coach
and clinical supervisor with 15 years experience in this industry. He
is married to Jasmine and they have two children.

Administrator
Jenny is the Administrator of EMCC, responsible for the intake of cases
and liaises with other agencies to arrange for mediation &
counseling services in addition to the operations of the Center. Fluent
in Bahasa Indonesia, Jenny has corporate experience in the financial
sector prior to EMCC and holds a degree in Economics.

Manager
Ser Thern joined EMCC in September 2007 after working in the banking industry for about 20 years. He handles the administration and finance for EMCC. His passions include singing and playing the guitar. He is also involved in a Methodist church planting effort at Sengkang for the past 7 years. Ser Thern is married with 4 children.

Program Manager
Julia spent several years in the IT, training and exhibition industries, handling Corporate Marketing & Marketing Communications functions. She joined EMCC in September 2007 to fulfill her strong desire to serve in a Christian organization. She is responsible for the marketing of Peace Pact.

Counselor / Coordinator
Pauline involves herself with counseling and coordinating of school based social work programs at EMCC since September 2007. Her experiences include being a registered nurse at a restructured hospital's ICU, and a counselor to persons with mental illness in a psychiatric rehabilitation centre. Pauline is married and enjoys reading, shopping and spending time with her son.

Kai Ling joined EMCC in July 2007 as an administrator. She coordinates programs for students of primary and secondary schools, parents, and teachers. She enjoys trying new food and meeting new people.

Therapist
Jessie joined Eagles in 2002 as an intern involved in counseling and is now a therapist. She also represents EMCC as an in-house counselor to a junior college and is currently pursuing her Masters in Psychology. Jessie is married to Jimmy Cheang, a long time member of Eagles Communications and they have two daughters.
