Administrative duties

Maintain subscribers database

Organize small scale events for subscribers
Secure advertisements and sponsors for magazine
Increase magazine circulation and distribution points
Assist and support editors in production process
Requirements:

Organized, meticulous, resourceful , and flexible

Works well independently and in a team

Pleasant and friendly with excellent communication skills
Strong background in Marketing & Administration
Excellent command of English
