Change, Conflict, and Church Politics
ELDP, a 3-year training program designed to nurture emerging leaders, is comprised of five retreats held every six months. The third class had its second retreat on the beautiful island of Bali from March 27 to 30, 2008.
The first morning saw a happy reunion of participants after six months apart. Peter Chao kick-started the program with an inspirational session on "Leading in Uncharted Waters", where participants were challenged to explore "Blue Ocean" strategies - to reach untapped markets, and meet unmet needs.

lived and ministered together for more than three decades. Using our
model and experience, we seek to impact Asian societies through the

Growing out of Eagles Communications, EMCC was formed in 1997 with the mission of bringing hope to individuals and families in need of help.
One of the few agencies in the region with expertise in providing integrative services in mediation and psychotherapy, EMCC believes in the power of hope in the reconciliation of broken relationships. All mediation and counseling is approached on the principle that hope can transform situations and be the basis for reconciliation and issue-resolution.
Appointed to provide specialized mediation service at the Tribunal for Maintenance of Parents and the Family Court, EMCC provides a range of services and programs to individuals and families in need and to counselors of mediation and conflict management.
